Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our property safe, clean, and fully functional. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC, while ensuring ergonomic and safety standards are followed.

You will also train junior team members and help recruit scheduling as needed. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, water treatment, and mechanical operations is required, with English literacy for clear directions

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across hotel systems.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration and mechanical operations.
• Experience with building maintenance including electrical and plumbing work.
• Ability to follow ergonomic, emergency-response and injury-prevention regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting and HVAC systems.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety programs and compliance.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
