Qualifications

• Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades required.
• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and report work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Assist in checking and making routine repairs.
