Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Madison is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to perform routine maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The role includes responding to maintenance requests and assisting with safety and cleanliness of guest areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment.
• Experience in maintenance is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues.
• Work with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during shifts.
