Qualifications

• General maintenance, repair, mechanical, or facilities experience preferred.
• Hotel-specific maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and general repairs preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Driver’s license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest room and hotel maintenance work orders
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel
• Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
• Maintain pool/spa areas; training will be provided
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for hotel guests
