Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance around the building and its systems including HVAC and electrical.
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage and restore fixtures.
• Inspect and maintain hotel equipment and systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and report major issues to the General Manager.
• Keep records of rooms completed and stock levels for parts and supplies.
