Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or building maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
• Assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building repairs.
• Inspect and maintain guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and exterior areas.
• Repair doors, locks, fixtures, lighting, appliances, and hotel equipment.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and timely.
• Identify safety hazards and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain hotel grounds and exterior areas.
• Follow safety procedures and brand standards.
• Provide courteous service to guests and team members.
