Job summary

Stonebridge in Boston is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to perform routine property and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, while monitoring utilities and helping ensure guest and associate safety in line with company standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of related experience or equivalent
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC and masonry
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' questions, complaints or requests courteously and promptly
• Perform maintenance and repair work on building, hotel rooms, equipment and systems
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance inspections
• Ensure security of inventory and tools
• Replenish supplies and keep equipment ready for next shift
• Complete work orders timely and report needed follow-up
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to scheduling and dress code
• Follow safety procedures and assist in other duties as assigned
