Job summary

Oxford Collection of hotels in Redding, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety tasks across the property. Under the Maintenance Manager's supervision, you will help keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition while delivering attentive, guest-focused service.

This regular full-time role offers hourly pay of $19.00 to $20.00, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with profit sharing, generous PTO, and opportunities

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry and electrical repairs preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, hotel equipment, and carpet care as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot and repair hotel systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and fixtures as needed.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures; paint and finish as required.
• Assist with groundskeeping and general hotel upkeep including safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, high-level service and report issues to supervisor.
