Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders (ceiling tiles, sheetrock, wallpaper).
• Install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Support guest satisfaction and sustain higher guest scores.
