Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and repair maintenance to uphold quality and sustainability standards while treating guests warmly. You will handle tasks like replacing ceiling tiles, repairing sheetrock, painting, basic electrical work, and minor plumbing.

Flexibility to work holidays and weekends, physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to MSDS/OSHA safety guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks.
• Replace ceiling tiles, repair sheetrock and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and fixtures.
• Repair basic electrical fixtures and components.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, safe spaces.
• Follow sustainability and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
