The position requires basic computer skills, adherence to safety protocols, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to handle guest requests and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with safety policies and proper use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Inspect and operate shut-offs and valves for equipment/buildings.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to shifts.
• Execute surface prep, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair basic equipment and plumbing.
• Program TVs and manage related inventory tasks.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures before work.
• Support landscaping repairs and general upkeep.
