Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Familiarity with Marriott documentation and maintenance protocols is a plus.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and various shifts as required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
