Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain hotel facilities, diagnose and repair building systems, and uphold brand standards and safety compliance.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance/engineering experience in a hotel or similar environment, with strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety skills. Pay rate is $21.00-$23.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement within the expanding company.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel or comparable commercial environment.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler, pool, and building repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history per company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Independently diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, laundry, ice machines, fire life safety, plumbing, pool, and recreation equipment.
• Manage work orders from intake to completion with accurate diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and follow-up actions.
