You should have 6 months to 1+ year of hotel maintenance experience, the ability to manage daily maintenance tasks, and a valid CPO certification.

Qualifications

• CPO certification required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors for bids and approvals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping of mechanical systems.

• Assist with daily maintenance duties and seasonal projects.
