ESA Management, LLC in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel facilities and guest rooms in pristine condition, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily cleaning per Green Shield Binder. You will prioritize guest experience and follow company standards with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, following safety procedures, coordinating with management and vendors, and responding to emergencies on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best possible experience for guests and associates.
• Work with minimal supervision while performing duties to company standards.
• Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine premises per Green Shield Binder.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined.
• Follow Green Shield Schedule and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Maintain organized and clean maintenance area and safeguard all tools daily.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
• Assist with emergencies and coordinate with management.
