Qualifications

• High School diploma and Trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repair work across hotel facilities.
• Replace ceiling tiles, sheetrock and wallpaper as needed.
• Install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items to maintain appearance.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs and fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and improve satisfaction scores.
• Follow safety guidelines, MSDS and OSHA standards.
