You will perform general carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties using hand and power tools, with at least one year of maintenance experience. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing trade development to advance within a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the hotel’s maintenance and upkeep standards meet WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
• Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Engineering function of the hotel.
• Clean all engineering areas as directed, working in a neat and efficient manner to help maintain effective operations.
• Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner while maintaining communication with supervisors regarding tools, supplies, and materials.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation and maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
