North Central Group's DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to support daily upkeep and respond to maintenance requests. Flexible shifts, 6 months to 1 year general maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of general maintenance, facilities, building engineering, or related hands-on experience required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and support upkeep of the property.
• Perform guest room preventative maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks and HVAC cleaning.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas in a neat and safe condition.
• Assist in maintaining pool, spa, and general area according to local codes and brand standards.
