The role involves performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality setting, with skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years in general maintenance, preferably in a hotel setting.
• EPA Certification for HVAC, electrical or plumbing license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
