The Henry, Dearborn, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the hotel’s preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. You will ensure life safety, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems operate reliably while upholding guest service standards.

You will work with department leaders, supervise external contractors, and promote a safe, clean environment for guests and staff. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with major hotel brands' processes and standards.
• Must be able to read and write in English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall operation of preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to guest service standards.
• Operate and maintain hotel systems including life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with department leaders and supervise external contractors as needed.
