Job summary

CSM Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations at our hotel. The role includes maintenance, repairs, preventative tasks, asset protection, and responsive guest service during the evening shift (4:00 PM–11:00 PM, Friday to Tuesday).

Requirements include 2+ years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. CPO and appliance repair certifications are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or ability to obtain certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Assist guests and respond to requests with a high level of service.
• Perform repairs on hotel property, guest rooms, and common areas as needed.
• Work with Chief Engineer to understand SOPs and capital expenditures.
• Operate maintenance equipment and ensure safety and cleanliness of work area.
