Qualifications

• Energy management knowledge to reduce costs.
• Certifications like HVAC Technician, Electrician License, or OSHA safety training preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset and awareness of guest impact during maintenance.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance and repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, elevators).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and safety standards.
• Monitor energy use and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B teams to address maintenance needs promptly.
