Qualifications

• Entry-level to intermediate role in hotel maintenance.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building-maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains and leaks).
• Perform basic electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures).
• Assist with basic HVAC troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
• Repair doors, locks and other guest room hardware.
• Carry out minor drywall, painting, caulking and carpentry repairs.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for maintenance deficiencies.
• Participate in emergency response as needed.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
