Job summary

Charming Inns of Charleston is seeking a dedicated property maintenance technician to join our hotel and restaurant team in downtown Charleston. The technician handles day-to-day upkeep and repairs across Wentworth Mansion, John Rutledge House Inn, Kings Courtyard Inn, Fulton Lane Inn, and other special projects.

Full-time or part-time options are available; Saturday work is required. Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical and carpentry skills, plus a valid driver's license and

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical and basic carpentry.
• Be able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs as well as general maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with guests, co-workers and vendors.
• Be available to work 10 a.m.- 6 p.m including weekends and on call shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
