Job summary

Stonebridge in Seattle, WA is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and equipment function properly. You will assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include servicing refrigeration, heating, plumbing and A/C units, monitoring utilities, and logging findings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance systems incl. refrigeration, heating, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including lockout-tagout, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance across refrigeration, heating, plumbing and A/C units.
• Monitor energy usage and report issues promptly.
• Complete maintenance projects on time and per specifications.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and lockout-tagout as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.
• Log maintenance findings after checks and actions.
• Report safety and security concerns to the Chief Engineer or Manager on Duty immediately.
• Maintain secure key inventory and follow security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Participate in maintenance programs for event spaces and equipment.
• Keep workspaces and storage areas clean and organized.
