Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Loveland, CO is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations, performing preventive tasks, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure guest and staff safety and comfort.

You will work with refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and A/C systems, monitor utilities, follow OSHA lockout-tagout procedures, and respond to emergencies, with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including lockout-tagout (OSHA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventative tasks including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C units and hotel equipment.
• Monitor energy and water consumption and report issues.
• Ensure maintenance projects meet specifications and timelines.
