Job summary

Stonebridge in Loveland, CO seeks a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel facilities at Hampton Inn Loveland. You perform preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and upkeep to ensure guest safety and comfort. Reports to Chief Engineer; work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation is $17.00-$18.00 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities. Experience with refrigeration, heating, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures including lockout-tagout.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks for refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C units, and equipment.
• Monitor consumption and report issues as needed.
• Ensure maintenance projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures, including lockout-tagout.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas as scheduled.
• Log maintenance findings after checks and report safety concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain security procedures and inventory of keys.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
