Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to students, faculty, staff and external customers.
• Performs preventative maintenance on appliances including A/C, heaters, refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers.
• Repairs or replaces appliance parts and equipment in commercial kitchen settings.
• Maintains appliance part inventory.
• Repairs or builds interior components and fixtures and performs preventive maintenance.
• Installs safety restraints and conducts basic carpentry and painting maintenance.
• Repairs or replaces lighting, wiring, detectors, and emergency lights as needed.
• Assists in roof repairs, plumbing fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Performs light welding and minor utility work; supports other duties as assigned.
