Job summary

Sun Hill is seeking a part-time Maintenance Attendant in Littleton, CO to keep the hotel's property safe, functional, and welcoming. The role requires hands-on skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with a focus on quick response to guest needs and preventative maintenance.

The position involves documenting work in the maintenance system, coordinating with vendors, and upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred.
• 1-3 years in general maintenance in hospitality or facilities.
• Experience in a limited-service hotel environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walk-through inspections of guest areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Complete repairs or escalate safety deficiencies and document work.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry, fixtures) as needed.
• Document maintenance work in the system and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
