Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure hotel equipment and facilities are functioning properly and guest rooms remain in good repair. You will follow the Green Shield Binder guidelines and cooperate with management to complete tasks promptly and safely.

The role involves preventative maintenance, basic repairs, keeping records, and assisting with guest requests while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Promote a 100% commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Perform maintenance and repairs as listed in work orders and follow the Green Shield Binder.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs per schedule.
• Maintain an organized maintenance area and safeguard tool inventory daily.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
• Assist with guest requests and contribute to a clean, safe hotel environment.
