Job summary

Sr Companies in Crystal River, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations at Paddletail Waterfront Lodge. The role is hourly and involves performing maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will assist in repairs, preventive maintenance, and aesthetic improvements, and support staff in guest-related activities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating or completing maintenance duties to keep the hotel clean, orderly, safe, and attractive.
• Lead emergency repairs and determine methods to complete repairs within technical capabilities.
• Assist with interior and exterior aesthetic improvements (painting, touch-ups, drywall repairs).
• Assist housekeeping with moving furniture and relocating guests when necessary by the General Manager.
• Provide hands-on repairs to support proactive maintenance activities.
