Sr Companies in Crystal River, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations at Paddletail Waterfront Lodge. The role is hourly and involves performing maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will assist in repairs, preventive maintenance, and aesthetic improvements, and support staff in guest-related activities while upholding safety standards.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly
Summary: Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRHM’s core value of the golden rule by treating guests, vendors, and employees in the same way we would like to be treated. With minimal supervision and guidance from the Maintenance Director is responsible and accountable in assisting in the planning and coordination of all functions of the maintenance department to ensure an efficiently run hotel for environmental services by performing the following duties.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or associates of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight, measurement, volume and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
