Job summary

Stonebridge in Lone Tree, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and equipment function properly and safety standards are met.

You will assist with preventative maintenance, basic repairs on refrigeration, heating, plumbing and A/C, monitor utilities, log findings, and respond to emergencies while maintaining clean, organized workspaces and following OSHA procedures. This is a part-time role based in Lone Tree, CO.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures including lockout-tagout (LOTO).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service.
• Assist with maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks across hotel systems.
• Monitor utilities and report issues.
• Ensure maintenance projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and lockout-tagout protocols.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Log findings from equipment checks and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain security and inventory of keys; respond to emergencies.
• Support maintenance for event spaces and other hotel areas.
