Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Kutztown in Kutztown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Tech to perform preventative and repair tasks across the property, ensuring the hotel meets quality and sustainability standards while guests are treated warmly.

Responsibilities include replacing ceiling tiles and wall coverings, basic electrical and plumbing work, painting, snow removal and landscaping tasks, and maintaining curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• High School diploma; trade school coursework preferred.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on ceilings, walls and fixtures.
• Paint designated areas; replace electrical fixtures, switches, wiring and bulbs.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks and wall coverings; maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with snow removal, lawn care and trash removal; ensure guest satisfaction.
