PM Hotel Group seeks a Hotel General Maintenance Tech for Doubletree by Hilton Wilmington. This on-site, part-time role involves maintaining and repairing hotel equipment across kitchens, laundry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and guest areas to minimize downtime.

You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from routine inspections to emergency fixes, while paying attention to safety and reporting. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and fix equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Secure and monitor the building, including locks and access systems.
