Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training plus two years of maintenance experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and equipment mechanics.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities and grounds.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and furniture.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship on all tasks.
