Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. seeks a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering team and ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You will assist with preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, supporting building projects, and upholding safety standards while responding professionally to guest requests and coordinating with other departments.

Competenze

• Experience in general maintenance or similar role.
• Hands-on problem solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and uphold safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism.
• Support other departments and follow emergency and safety procedures.
