Job summary

Coco Plum Inn in Key West, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform a range of repairs and preventive maintenance across the property. Starting compensation is $25/hour, with pay dependent on experience, and a benefits package including dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) and PTO.

The right candidate will have prior maintenance experience and be comfortable using various hand tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance experience required.
• Experience operating a variety of equipment and small hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds and painting repairs as necessary.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Complete inspections of offices, guest rooms, and all other areas of the hotel.
