Job summary

The Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff, managed by NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to support maintenance requests and property upkeep. You will help ensure guest rooms and common areas are well-maintained.

The role requires at least 2 years of hotel or building maintenance experience, and the ability to work morning or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Opportunities for growth and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of hotel maintenance experience or relevant building maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work am or pm, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs guest room preventative maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks and HVAC cleaning.
• Maintains the grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and attractive manner.
• Assists in maintaining pool, spa and general area of the property according to specific local codes and brand standards.
• Promptly responds to reports of guest problems and concerns.
