The Briad Group is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician for the Element by Westin Wood-Ridge location in Wood-Ridge, NJ. As a Hotel Engineer, you will keep guest rooms and public areas performing at peak levels, handle repairs, and drive preventive maintenance to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Experience: Proven background as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel,apartment complex,residential living facility,or similar environment (Required).

Technical Know-How: Solid working knowledge of general trades,including carpentry,painting,and electrical systems.

Communication & Composure: Excellent communication skills,a professional demeanor,and the ability to thrive under pressure—both independently and as part of a team.

Sharp Eye: Outstanding visual observation abilities to spot and solve issues before they arise.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.,stoop,bend,climb ladders,and navigate stairs with ease.
