Responsibilities

• Maintain basic upkeep of rooms and common areas; ensure furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment (TVs, refrigerators, light fixtures) work.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Maintain high safety standards – follow guidelines and report incidents, dangerous conditions, or unsafe equipment.
• Take responsibility for safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel (car park, pool).
• Follow the preventive maintenance calendar and keep everything in working condition.
• Keep supervisor or duty manager informed of low-running supplies.
• Take on extra duties as needed by the team.
• Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time.

Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and common spaces in order to keep the hotel in compliance and ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the basic upkeep of all room and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, and light fixtures are in working order
