Job summary

Vista Host Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Support team member to help keep our hotel facilities safe, comfortable, and operating smoothly.

This role is full-time and part-time with shift-based scheduling to support day-to-day maintenance needs. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform basic repairs, support housekeeping and guest services, and help ensure the hotel remains clean, functional, and well maintained.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort performing maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn property standards and procedures.
• Good communication skills with guests and team members.
• Guest-focused attitude and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks across the property.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document completed work.
• Support preventative maintenance through inspections and routine checks of common areas and equipment.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address issues quickly and support guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
