Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team in a hospitality setting.
• Experience designing and executing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and staff.
• Design and implement routine inspections for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Assign daily work orders and manage urgent repair requests.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major renovations or system overhauls.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, fire safety and OSHA regulations.
• Monitor expenses, procure parts/tools, and help manage department budget.
• Maintain accurate safety and repair logs and communicate with front desk and housekeeping.
