Job summary

Landry's, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department across shifts in a hotel/resort setting.

You will supervise staff, maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, and ensure adherence to company standards and safety procedures. Responsibilities include training, documentation, and coordinating emergency responses while upholding quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Engineering operations (Hotel/Resort preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of shift personnel, including staffing and performance documentation.
• Maintain building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and fire protection.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with safety procedures; respond to emergencies.
• Train shift personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain logs and shift documentation.
