Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 150 pounds.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, outside maintenance, snow removal, and shoveling.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of the hotel to prevent further expenses or loss of business.
• Oversee energy usage and safety programs for the property.
• Coordinate access to guestrooms and maintenance with housekeeping and front office teams.
• Implement and monitor a formal ongoing preventive maintenance program for major equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and report deficiencies to the General Manager.
