Job summary

Quality Inn- Camarillo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hotel maintenance, energy usage, and safety programs. You will supervise maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, machinery, and grounds, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Carry or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Pulling and pushing up to 150 pounds
• Willing to work on weekends, and/or holidays
• Must have experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall work, carpentry, outside maintenance, snow blowing, and shoveling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel maintenance, energy usage and safety programs.
• Maintain hotel areas including public areas, guest rooms, support areas, machinery, equipment and grounds.
• Supervise maintenance to prevent unnecessary expenses or loss of business.
• Coordinate access to guestrooms and timeliness of guestroom maintenance with housekeeping and front office.
