Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor for our hotel operations. The role focuses on shift coverage and hands-on maintenance across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas, requiring strong troubleshooting, reading blueprints, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in building maintenance, hotel experience preferred, and a solid grasp of MEP and life-safety systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years building maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and life-safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and willingness to work different shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide shift coverage for hotel facilities maintenance.
• Prepare daily work orders and supplies.
• Lead maintenance tasks in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption.
