Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with guest supplies.
• Ensure beds are properly made with clean linen and pillows.
• Dust and clean walls, windows, and sliding doors.
• Report maintenance needs and remove items from rooms as required.
• Complete deep cleaning projects and keep linen carts stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and anticipate needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and hotel standards.
• Restock rooms and return supplies as per SOP.
