Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General maintenance or related technical experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests, diagnose issues and repair efficiently.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies with proper PPE.
