Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group seeks a hands-on Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the hotel. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional guest environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include completing routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work while maintaining organized tools and spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
